The Water Efficient Landscape Contest promotes water conservation through landscaping by recognizing landscapes
that are both water efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
Entry application must include:

Before pictures, including at least 3 overall views.

Plant list

A brief explanation of how the landscape is water efficient.

6 different color photos of your completed landscape, including at least 2 overall views. Write your name and property address on the back of each photo. Photos will not be returned.
Contest Rules:
Participant must be a current Rosamond Community Services District Customer at the time of entry. Overall water efficiency will be evaluated by professionals. The District reserves the right not to issue an award if three qualifying entries are not received. Site visits will take place after applications are submitted. Judges will determine which applicants sites will be visited. Owner must be present during visit if the backyard needs to be viewed.
